• tweak: Updated the tesla guidebook to say how teslas are changed on Delta-V.

Yea, as a victim (as CE) of Tesla just decaying on DeltaV, I was told one thing in Command chat but the guidebook said otherwise, so very confusing.

Another thing that doesn’t help is the fact that Tesla isnt an option on many maps, or on the few maps it available, its not explicitly stated that PA level 2 is needed, unlike the prison AMEs (or other things that are specific to stations.)

that said, a little blurb on sheet of paper would go a long way on maps with a Tesla.

nobody actually knows if its delta-v or delta v and i dont really care so delta-v is great
