  1. Trying to save in a restricted-saving mode will now cause a message box 

    to pop up explaining why you can't save (in the menu).  Quick Saves in
those modes will continue to just get a ClientMessage in the logs at the
top of the screen.

  1. Bingo failure now continues to show the missions a goal was possible on. 

    Failing a goal from natural mission expiry now shows a log message to
the player.  Goal descriptions now also mention that the goal has been
failed and don't show the progress counter.  Added a menu option to show
or hide bingo messages.
