Mission specification formats for the DroneResponse SPL
mission-spec.json file is used when no control for gimbal is needed (mode 0)
mission.json file is used for gimbal control for locking the camera to a GPS location (mode 1)
mission_vision.json file is used to reveive messages from the external vision component (mode 2)
