ECF Remote Service JAX-RS Jersey and CXF-based Distribution Providers.

This distribution provider can use either Jersey or Apache CXF for distribution and remote invocation of your remote service.

This distribution provider requires the ECF Remote Services SDK available at: http://www.eclipse.org/ecf/downloads.php. See also documentation on the repo home page

This release also includes new example ClientRequestFilter/ContainerRequestFilter combo for implementing Basic Authentication.
