EMsoft Release 5.0.0

This release contains major updates of the SDK super build and various EMsoft programs. Python wrappers are made available for the first time, as well as integration with the EMSphInx repository.

Release 4.2 to synchronize with DI tutorial paper

This release acquires a DOI number that is then used to link this version of the code with the computation results that are part of the Dictionary Indexing tutorial paper that will appear in the journal "Integrating Materials and Manufacturing Innovation."
