Dynamically woggle a layer's opacity in Napari. Select a woggling speed and a transition function (Smooth or Sharp).
Why use napari-woggle-opacity?
For example:
- To visually inspect the results of an image registration operation
- To inspect multi-modality or multi-channel images
You can install napari-woggle-opacity via pip:
pip install napari-woggle-opacity
Select the plugin from the Plugins menu of Napari.
