updates to custom quantifiers and prepositions

This release adds additional custom quantifiers and prepositions based on manual checks of Time phrases in my time phrase analysis project. New quantifier is רב; new preps include קצת, and fixes to אחרית and עוד.

As usual, only C data is included in this release.

Fix Missing par in Subphrases with Adj

See the release notes for v.1.2. This release follows the same issue, but at the subphrase level, where 5 cases present problems.

Fix Some Missing Para Relations

BHSA does not always label Para phrase atoms consistently. One such case is when a phrase atom mirrors its mother word for word, which is often marked with a parallel relation, but sometimes is marked with a Spec relation. There are 22 cases of this that are fixed in this update. The fixes are enacted by updating the iphrase_atom set.

NB: This release only includes C data as the 2017 dataset will no longer be supported.

Heads with Substantival Adjective Detection

A new set has been added to the quantifier set, in the form of modifiers. These are substantival adjectives that should be passed over in favor of the noun which is construct to them. For the time being, these adjectives are simply included in the quantifiers, since they should be processed in the same way as quantifiers.

Add ראשׁ and אחרית as prepositions, in certain cases.
