This is a PHP CMS project with MySQL database using PDO connection to connect to the database. There is a login page through which you access the admin panel by entering a name and password. In the admin panel the topics can be viewed, added, modified and deleted. Each topic has the following attributes - titles and content. In the public section everyone can see all the topics and their content. Here's some pictures of how it looks like:
