Simulation to illustrate the way a viral pandemic spreads within a group of people as well as effectivity of different preventative measures

Prerequisites

Before you can run this program, ensure that you have the following software installed and functional:

• A browser that supports HTML5 and Javascript

Installation

1. Download the source code from this repository and extract the contents to a separate folder.

Running

1. To run the program simply open index.html using your prefered browser.
2. Once the application is open in your browser you can adjust the settings of the simulation to see how different preventative measures can help slow the spread of the pathogen.
