Changes from previous release

• Including three NVIDIA drivers, R390 (For Fermi), R470 (For Kepler), and Latest for all others.
• Rebased profiles off latest Manjaro ISO. (This involved a lot of work... a lot changes in the last half year)
• Reworked how the wallpaper changes due to KDE changes, in addition I took the time to create a simple Python file that changes the wallpaper to a warning if someone boots into Nouveau with a GPU supported by NVIDIA.
• Some more Chika memes spread around.

Removed

All Wi-Fi drivers that are not supported by Manjaro have been removed. I gave up on this, they are constantly failing to build and taking up a lot of time at build time.

Changes from previous release

1. Changes timeout on grub from 10 seconds to 300 seconds, giving people more than enough time for their monitors to wake up and select the correct driver.

2. Removed the Manjaro Hello package and wrote a script to remove the "Install Manjaro" icon on the desktop. These two changes are to avoid someone installing Manjaro by accident.

Known issues

The GPU Stress tests desktop file is broken, too tired and I missed a character in it... building the ISO takes a while, will build tomorrow.
