In this example, a very simple data model for capturing data from calibration experiments of an analyte is defined. The defined data model calibration-data-model.md
is used to create software in order to combine known experimental conditions of a fictive S-Adenosyl methionine calibration experiment (e.g. from a lab book) with measured data data.csv
. The creation of the dataset and visualization is carried out in analyse-calibration.ipynb
. The final data set is stored in sam_calibration.json
.
