libxlsxwriter wrappers for Harbour

Libxlsxwriter can be found here: https://github.com/jmcnamara/libxlsxwriter

You will need the include files from libxlsxwriter sources to create the lib.

• Create the lib using libxlw.hbp:

  hbmk2 libxlw.hbp

• Then try the examples:

  hbmk2 demo.prg example.hbp
