Ristorazione Beta 1

In this Beta, everything that I think is vital has been implemented. There's no real way to delete or edit restaurants, dishes, users, categories or menus, and the subscription system hasn't been implemented yet. My main focus going on will be to develop the features listed above, and fix the majority of bugs along the way.
