… branch was several commits behind new implementations in main. This gap should be closed with this merge. Beside small changes in a tests and manifest files, the biggest changes are in the TransformationWorkflowBuilder and DFD2PrologTransformationImpl.
…ory with uncertainty can still run its code. (made some attributes protected and added again the addCharacteristicHelper method to be able to override this method in the uncertainty repo.

Note that 4 out of 113 tests in transformation.workflow.tests fail. The tests are all in the ABACAnalysisTests.xtend class. Due to the failing tests, a Maven clean verify/install fails as well.
