Version 0.56.0 includes the following changes:
MerkleRootStoragefor references.Blobtransaction, andBSIZandBLDDinstructions. Also allowsLDCto load blobs.ed19instruction to take variable length message instead of a fixed-length one. Changed the gas cost to beDependentCost.
