RCP 5.6 Update 1 for ROCm 2.1

This is a minor update to RCP 5.6 to support ROCm 2.1.

There was a breaking change made to rocprofiler.h in ROCm 2.1. This release is a simple recompile of RCP against the updated header file. This release only includes the Linux version. For the Windows version of RCP, please continue to use the original 5.6 release. Also, if using ROCm 2.0, please continue to use the original 5.6 release.
