Personally I much prefer this version of the multi. It fits in much nicer as an IV multi without using random casings to try and scale to high tiers, and the parallel count is in a much stronger place here, being enough to justify its footprint but without confusing casing tier scalings.
It still keeps the fundamental mechanics that it had before, width expansion/ramping speed, but in a much more streamlined way that is much more appropriate for its tier.
Removes the Tiered Casings of this multi, to make it more in theme of IV Tier Multis.
Increases Parallels as the previous amount was way too small for how big the multi was
Changed it to Based on Size of Multi and Voltage Tier
4 Parallels to Start With, 1.5 Gained per Width Expansion (Max of 6), Multiplied by Voltage Tier
Changed it, so now its Energy Hatch Tier Based on Glass Tier
Lots of Cleanup of Old Useless Code and Comments
