GTicketMaster 1.11-1.0.9

This is the first release of GTicketMaster under the new name. Changes include:

• New config file format; the old one is incompatible!
• Reformat of the new ticket notification, adding commands and location details
• New notifications for when tickets are claimed, commented, closed and re-opened
• Fixed config file not reloading on /ticket reload and being overwritten on plugin disable

This plugin now has slack integration using webhooks
Also has basic dynmap integration by adding the dymap url into the config

Setup

• Go to http://.slack.com/services/new
• Scroll to Add a Incoming WebHooks
• Choose Channel for the bot to go to
• Make a note of the hook url it will look like https://hooks.slack.com/services/********/********/*****************
• Edit the config file with the hook url
