I'm sure you all know what this is. Of course, it wouldn't hurt to have the ability to tell it which time zone it's working on too for dates & times. But it all depends on how advance you want this command.

DelayedTasks are needed for this feature. So that when the Bot shuts down it still has all the information in the database. So we need a general concept of delayed executions since we need that for other features too
