Beta: Fixed Titles tweaks, fixed analytics, updated URLs in Dev Menu

Lots of bug fixes:

• Title tweaks now work again
• fixed analytics
• updated URLs in dev menu to new urls
• cleaned up code a little

We also re-ordered dev menu links based on usage and added a website pages link.
