This solo project for Prime Digital Academy is a weather data application and public API. The weather data API incorporates various routers built on the Express & Node.js framework. Data are stored as documents in MongoDB. Currently, data consist of daily high and low temperatures in Minneapolis dating to 1 January 1891. October 2015 is the most recent month of data.
Yearly and monthly graphs and charts are provided, as well as the ability to click a date in the month graph and obtain a detailed daily record.
Additionally, account management is provided by the Passport NPM package. Line charts are built on FusionCharts. Front-end frameworks are Angular JS and jQuery.
