CLI custom features

Usage:

In terminal, type "./run.py" followed by "username". Failure of giving username will reprompt the user.

Following are the features and there corresponding commands available in this custom CLI shell.

change my wallpaper, facebook login and hackathons list will not work in Windows and MacOS devices but linux devices only.
