urlview 0.9-23.1

Although we do use Debian URLs, I think the decision to switch to the fork that Debian Trixie/Sid uses would need to follow our policy https://docs.brew.sh/Acceptable-Formulae#not-a-fork-usually

The fork is https://sr.ht/~nabijaczleweli/urlview-ng/, which was created by the new Debian maintainer who took over after package was orphaned.

From https://repology.org/project/urlview/versions, I think most distros that use 1d are Debian-based (e.g. Ubuntu, Devuan, Kali, PureOS). AUR isn't the main repository.

For downgrade, the only point of 0.9-24 was original maintainer dropping it:

urlview (0.9-24) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Goodbye urlview! Set maintainer field to QA Group.
