I moved the 3block page out of the 3^4 methods since it has other uses that are mentioned within for other puzzles. Feel free to decline the merge request if you disagree

I think this is a good idea, but we'll need a redirect from the old URL. The site is mature enough by now that I'd like to do our very best to keep old links working. |

I also think the last-layer stuff should be moved onto its own page, since specific to 3^4, but generally applicable to other methods (CFOP and LBL in particular) |
