This adds the option to choose the suffix that gets added to the old
fileset.templatePrefixto create the newfileset.templatePrefix.The default has been
_mkngffand this default behaviour is unchanged in this PR, but we can now useif we wish to have no change in
templatePrefixin the new Fileset (old and new will be the same).
