I'm not getting a lot of feedback of the tests right now... it seems to build fine on my native install though? |

Let me see if I can relieve some of the test fails. the ci failed because of flake8 (but this was not very easy to see in the logs now) so I fixed that, but there might be more in the code that needs fixing (perhaps better to do in another PR) |
