ifc_to_sdf

Statement

For convert ifc format to sdf format, currently only for structural components.
It requires the user to add the connections of the structural components during the modeling process.
Users can check whether the exported ifc file contains the IFCRELCONNECTSWITHREALIZINGELEMENT attribute.
Only run on Win system for now.
