First release (table serialization/deserialization)

This is the first full release of MockMessagingService. With this release the library should be able to reliably emulate cross-server publishing and subscribing behavior. Specific to this release are the new table serliazation and deserialization capabilities which allow the user to publish table objects and receive them on the subscribing end.

This pre-release enables the basic publishing/subscribing behavior of the API across Roblox server instances, but it hasn't been thoroughly tested and it is definetly not production ready!
