Testing Taxa Abundance against Group Variable

This script outlines the process of testing for statistical differences in certain taxa by group utilizing the phyloseq, tidyverse, and various statistical packages within R.

The example data included comprises of 16S microbiome data taken from water samples. The initial steps include the initial pre-processing of the ASV and metadata tables in order to create a phyloseq object in order to complete the rest of the subsequent analyses.
