We will introduce these changes in call:

• tools/psoc6/dev-gets.py: This script allows to find all kitprog devices, and if a board - serial number map (tools/psoc6/xxx-dev.yml) yml file is provided, it can be used to filter per board types the serial number or the ports.
• makefile_mtb.mk : attached_devs is now using the get-devs.py script.
• tools/ci.sh and .github: Add changes to enable them in ci/cd and hil.

The next step is to generalize the testing stage parts.
