I noticed that the request for the repology badge on inlyne's README fails on Windows due to some weird TLS thingy. I vaguely remember trimental mentioning this in the past too when he was using Windows. Since it seems to be an issue with a vanilla Windows 10 install it's probably good to fix this

Luckily switching to rustls seems to be enough to fix the issue. Beyond that we become a little more portable to build in exchange for a slightly larger binary size which seems fine to me
