A slightly extended version of the Adaptive Phytoplankton Community Model (APCM, published in Limnology & Oceanography, https://doi.org/10.1002/lno.12559). The new version allows for the calculation of ecosystem functions such as nitrogen fixation and carbon export and is presented in a submission to Biogeosciences (Phytoplankton adaptation to steady or changing environments affects marine ecosystem functioning).
