GTK_LAYER_SHELL Compatibility

SGXPos is partially compatible with GTK_LAYER_SHELL, if you want to use both, you need to use things like #IFDEF to switch between both at compilation time or dynamically load different libraries reading XDG_SESSION_TYPE environment variable
