data folder :

• data_download : contains the link to the initial datasets used for the training course provided by REPHY national coordination.
• contains also some datasets with information about the sampling

data_modif folder :

• contains all the dataset created for the study, all can be obtained by the different scripts and the files from the data folder except Table_bloom_R_v3c.csv

data_outliers folder :

• contains some datasets about the outliers from the chlorophyll-a dataseries, used for detect blooms
