This PR:

Replaces the Mipmap icon by a VectorDrawable for API 26 & above (minimal change)
Enables the Themed / Monochrome App icon feature for API 33 & above

Also refactored old ic_launcher_foreground into ic_launcher_gears to avoid name collision
