docs: update font install command

Prerequisites

Description

When following the docs to install the recommended font meslo, it results in an "error" saying the font is 't found.
This is because it's case sensitive, see the attached image below.

This PR updates the command to install the Meslo font correctly.

@timdeschryver I should've adjusted that not so long ago, can you validate this again on latest?

I thought I was on the latest version (using winget), but it seems like that was not the case, my bad.
I can confirm that it works on the latest version (24.18.0).
