Preprocessed unstructed technical product reviews consisting of multi-class and multi-labelled data and performed sentence-level and review-level aspect-based sentiment analysis. Techniques such as backtranslation and synonym-based text augmentation, POS tagging, Count vectorizer, Sentiment analyzer and cross-validation were used.
