First SecretAdmin release!

Config folder moved to (%appdata% // .config)

💻 Windows
Download the SecretAdmin.exe file and put it inside the server folder (where localadmin is).
Start the server double clicking on it.

🐧 Linux
Download the SecretAdmin file and put it inside the server folder (where localadmin is).
cd to that folder and write chmod +x SecretAdmin (to fix any permissions issue).
Start the server with ./SecretAdmin
