Pre-Release

This is the initial pre-release. The code runs, but there are a few improved functionalities I am still finalizing. This is a living project and I am constantly working on. When the functionality described below is finished, v1.0.0 will be released.

The initial development used a combination of Osprey nuisance signals with MARSS basis functions. This method still works, but MARSS recently updated their software and can now simulate these nuisance signals too. When the basis sets are updated, the conversion script used to reformat the MARSS basis functions will be updated as well. Additionally, I am still in the process of transitioning from only loading metabolite-level basis functions to individual spins. Both work in the model, but the conversion script has not been updated.
