Despite this being python, there are some dependencies to system packages that can not be installed using pip.

Note: The package names listed here refer to Ubuntu 16.04.

For `h5py`

libhdf5-dev

Also note that this package depends on Cython because installing h5py without it did not work.

For `theano`

libopenblas-dev
gfortran
