Initial release of Craniosynostosis Distance Maps (CD-Map) Pre-release

This is Craniosynostosis Distance Maps (CD-Map) - A toolbox to create distance maps from 3D triangular mesh data from craniosynostosis patients.

This first release includes:

  • Python source code to create distance maps
  • Mean shapes of the publicly available dataset for testing purposes (see the README.md)
  • A demo.py script for testing the source code.
