Frogs and Flies is an interactive word game the facilitates the teaching and learning of antonyms, synonyms and homonyms. Created as an assignment for my final year BSc Computer Science advanced programming course, Frogs and Flies was developed in C++.
To get started please head on over to Frogs And Flies Beta Release and download all the required files. Next download this file Frogs And Flies- Word Game.
You should have the following files:
Frogs-And-Flies.zip
FrogsFlies_Distribution_Console_Game.exe
Required.exe
Before you can install and play the game, we need to install some requirements.
Run the following executable
Required.exe
Once you have successfully installed the prerequisites, continue to the Installation guide
The following is a step by step guide to getting Frogs And Flies up and running on your local machine.
The first step would be to unzip the following file
Frogs-And-Flies.zip
You should see the following folders after unzipping:
Game{DISK 1}
Goodies{DISK 2}
Next navigate to the following folder:
/Game{DISK 1}/Frogs And Flies
Move the following file into the above directory:
FrogsFlies_Distribution_Console_Game.exe
And you are done! Run the above file and enjoy the game. Don't forget to add any comments on the game here on GitHub and I'll be sure to look into all of them.
