⚠️ Known bugs:

• 🧯 Set ImageURL property on FormCreate / FormShow can throw Access violation when (ImageWithURLManager.SyncBitmapLoadFromFile = FALSE) or (CacheManager.SyncBitmapLoadFromFile = FALSE)
