Initial Release of Base Working Version for Minecraft 1.21

This PR introduces the base working version of the mod updated to Minecraft 1.21, bringing most of the core features into functionality.

Known Issues:

1. Mushroom / Suspicious Stew: Relevant side effects (status effects) are not being applied upon consumption.
2. Middle-click in Creative Inventory: Middle-clicking in the creative inventory currently does not grant a full stack of items as expected.
3. Crafting Items Not Stacking: Items crafted do not stack correctly in the inventory. However, placing these items in the world and then breaking them will allow them to stack as expected.

Ope that last commit message is a bit misleading I meant to say that the Mushroom Stew Mixin no longer had errors not that it was working.
