drop ecal_pn validation config back down to debug #1400

With the patching of the Tracking truth seed location, it appears like Tracking is not producing as many messages so we can hopefully drop the log level back down to debug and the log will stay below file size limit imposed by GitHub.

@tvami The debug log level is still too low. The output.log file is 635M after downloading it from GitHub.

For this reason, I'm going to close this PR and keep the log level at info for the ecal_pn validation sample.
