- To generate shared library. specify BUILD_SHARED_LIBS=ON with CMake. - Stop hardcoding -fPIC option.

To generate a shared library, specify BUILD_SHARED_LIBS=ON with CMake.
Stop hardcoding -fPIC option, and let CMake decide on a proper setting by default.
