#What is OrmLite OrmLite is an open-source software framework that provide lightweight object relational mapping between Java classes and SQL databases. It support JDBC databases as well as Android mobile platform for SQLite databases. The software project was started with the goal as providing a simple and powerful wrapper around JDBC functions without the complexity of other frameworks such as Hibernate.
