When a tour is created, it holds the file name and the line number. Thus if the code a line changed

We should provide a more flexible logic.
Options:

Hold dynamic references (valid only for methods)
Listen to changing/refactoring events and adjust properly (the same way that breakpoints work)

Note: Maybe difficulty for the MVP version
