The first version of CodeTour IntelliJ Plugin. Should provide the following:

  1. Load from json, Show In Tool Pane, Navigate with click
  2. Navigate with Previous/Next buttons on Tool Pane
  3. Create|Delete Tour from Tool Pane
  4. Add Steps to a Tour (just file and line)
  5. Edit steps (CRUD + add text) and preview on the code
  6. Markdown or Javadoc support on steps
