As per #29, although not creating a drush alias, just using 'drush site-set' (or the alias of said command).

So which alias would be set then? Can we document that somehow?

Given that there is only one site being installed, it is setting directly against that site, so any drush commands run from any directory will be run against the single site that is installed.

Open to suggestions on how you'd like it documented.

Maybe a little section in README.md on drush usage? Does not need to be long.
